Python API
The Ostinato Python API is no longer sold as a separate add-on.
It is now included with the Ostinato Business license, giving you programmatic control over traffic generation, device configuration, and test automation as part of a single license.
What changed
Previously, the Python API was available as an optional add-on. Starting with Ostinato 2.x, the API is bundled with the Business license to simplify licensing and make automation a first-class capability.
What this means for you
New customers
The Python API is available immediately with a Business license - no additional purchase required.
Existing Python API customers
Your existing access remains valid for Ostinato Classic. When upgrading to Ostinato 2.x, the API is included as part of the Business license. See the Ostinato 2.0 Upgrade FAQ for migration details.
